Generally, ITFin Corp. acts as a Data Controller with respect to personal data of Users that is collected and processed within the operation of the Website, Accounts, payments, marketing activities, and customer support.

However, where a User independently uploads, stores, or integrates personal data of their clients, contractors, or employees in the course of using the Platform’s functionality (including through the use of APIs and third-party integrations), ITFin Corp. acts as a Data Processor, processing such data solely on behalf of and in the interest of the User.

This Privacy Policy provides you (as a user or visitor of our Website) with detailed information about the personal data we collect from you in the course of your use of Nomi services (“Services”), how we use your personal data, and your rights to control the data we retain about you. This Privacy Policy forms part of the Public Offer Agreement (“Offer”) concluded between you and ITFin Corp. Information We Collect From You

Account Setup

To use the features of the Website and Services, you must register a personal account on the Website (the “Account”). To register an Account, you must provide your email address and create a password.

Please note that when creating an Account, you are not required to provide any official information about the legal entity for which you are creating a sub-account. You may choose any name for each sub-account. However, by creating an Account on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are a duly authorized representative of such entity and are authorized to act on its behalf.

After registration, you may select the ITFin Corp. subscription plan and the modules you wish to use.

We use your account information to:
 • create and maintain your User Account, including other data listed below. The applicable legal basis is the performance of a contract (Offer) between you and us (GDPR Art. 6.1.b);
 • contact you regarding the Website or your Account, including by email and web notifications (GDPR Art. 6.1.b);
 • analyze the performance of our Website in our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1.f);
 • send you marketing or promotional materials upon your consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a).

We will retain your account data, including categories listed in the sections below (Website functionality and technical support), for as long as your Account is active. If you become inactive, we will delete or anonymize your information 12 months after your last user session.

Website Functionality

Through the Website, you can access the cash flow management tool for managing your financial activities. We will store and process the following categories of information, which may contain personal data:
 • tasks and financial transactions that you create and manage on the Website;
 • counterparties such as clients, investors, debtors, creditors, suppliers, contractors, owners, etc.;
 • employee data including employee names, payroll information, etc.;
 • projects and tags, such as links to a contract or the responsible manager;
 • imported financial data from Excel or other systems;
 • data obtained via synchronization with bank accounts or payment cards, such as Merchant ID created in Privat24 and used on the Website for integration;
 • data obtained via integration through the application programming interface (API) with 1C, online banking, customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), or other systems.

The applicable legal basis is the performance of a contract (Offer) between you and us (GDPR Art. 6.1.b).

The retention period is the same as for account data.

Technical Support

If you have questions about the functionality of the Website or the use of the Services, you may submit a request via email to hello@nomi.tools or use the contact information available on the Website. You will be required to provide your name, phone number, and email address. This information is necessary for us to respond to your inquiry and provide a resolution.

In addition, if you need assistance while using the Website or Services, you may contact our Customer Support team at hello@nomi.tools.
